We hope every candle finds its place in your home. But if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Unused, unlit candles in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of arrival. Shipping costs and processing fees are nonrefundable.

Return shipping (and insurance) is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend insuring returns. Refunds cannot be issued for items lost or damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, write to us at hello@dourochandlery.com with a photo, and we'll make it right.

SHIPPING

D'ouro candles are made by hand, in small batches, so please allow a few days for your order be prepared before they're on their way.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.
