Our candles are made from 100% pure beeswax and are intended for use as described on the product packaging. Always burn candles within sight, away from flammable materials, drafts, and out of reach of children and pets. Trim wicks before each use. D'OURO is not responsible for damages resulting from improper or unsafe use of our products.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D'OURO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
